What to write about
Report a calculation error
This is the message we most want to receive. Please include the calculator name, the exact values you entered, the result you saw and the result you expected. Verified corrections are usually deployed within a few days and we will reply to tell you when it is live.
Suggest a calculator
Tell us what you were trying to work out and what made the existing tools insufficient. Requests describing a real task, rather than just a tool name, are the ones that get built first.
Data and formula sources
If you want to know where a particular constant or figure came from, ask and we will point you at the source.
Privacy requests
To exercise a right under GDPR, CCPA or another data protection law, email us with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Details of what we do and do not collect are in our Privacy Policy — note that calculator inputs never reach our servers at all.
Advertising
For advertising enquiries, include your company, the placement you have in mind and your timeline.
What we cannot help with
- Personal medical, financial or legal advice. We build tools; we are not qualified to advise on your situation. Please see a professional.
- Third-party accounts. We are not affiliated with any company whose figures our calculators estimate.
- Unsolicited guest post and link-exchange offers. These are not answered.
Response times
Most enquiries are answered within two business days. Privacy requests are handled within the statutory period. If you have not heard back within a week, please resend — occasionally messages are caught by spam filters.
